VeriHull LLC – Type and Use of Information Collected

In order to purchase reports from Vessel Verifier®, you must provide identifying and billing information such as your name, mailing address, email address, credit card number, and expiration date.

For every Vessel Report a Hull Identification Number (HIN) is required. The Hull Identification Number (HIN) is needed to create a history report from our extensive nationwide database. After entering a Hull Identification Number (HIN) you will immediately receive a Vessel Verifier® report.

Credit card information is required by Vessel Verifier® solely for the purpose of completing Vessel Verifier® transactions and is not stored by Vessel Verifier® This information is provided to a credit card processing company which bills you for the appropriate transaction(s). Not providing all required information will result in a void transaction and you will not receive a Vessel Verifier® report. You must provide all required identifying and billing information in order to guarantee a completed purchase. The credit card information provided to Vessel Verifier® will never be used for any purpose other than billing and customer support purposes.

Any identifying information provided to Vessel Verifier® throughout the process of ordering Vessel Verifier® reports may be used to notify you of updates in products, new products, product improvements, special offers/promotions, and to improve the customer experience. In addition, Vessel Verifier® may share the provided identifying information with affiliated third parties.
